futura127 - I think we've addressed your issue here before, that you can't kill the engine by closing the throttle. Sounds like the problem is that your throttle plate is mis-aligned in the carb. Take your carb off and check it out. Mis-aligned or loose throttle and choke plates seems to be a not-uncommon issue on the DLE 20. Per Jedi Jody this has since been addressed - not sure exactly how - but good news, if true. So take your throttle plate off, recenter, and locktiite that screw back in. Just be very careful not to get locktite inside the body of the carb - it'll block needed openings. Maybe position the carb upside-down till the locktite dries. Happened to me and I had to soak the entire carb in acetone. btw - if you can't start the engine it very might be a loose or mis-aligned choke plate, not creating enough suction.
