Default RE: Flyeagle Rafale Pipe failure

Im a bit confused, islandhobbies is suggesting that lack of maintenance caused the bearings to fail, and that the seller knew this was imminent.
Thats a serious accusation and one I hope he can substantiate!

1) What "maintanance" as recommended by the turbine manufacturer did the seller fail to have carried out?
2) At what time interval was the maintenance due?
3) How overdue was the work?
4) Even if the work was overdue, has the manufacturer confirmed that the lack of maintenance WAS the cause of this failure.
5) What signs or symptoms would the seller have been aware of that a failure was imminent?

I dont know either of the two posters, but Id genuinely like to know, so that we can all protect ourselves from unsubstantiated claims and purchasing engines that are about to fail.
