Thanks for all the help!

I did look at the Blue-Box pilots. They just look too good to cut off at the shoulders. Not to mention the $30. I did get one of them Blue-Box pilot helmets ($9). I will stick the helmet on a generic pilot head. That should look pretty good. Total cost = $15.
