I've made up cheap and quick military jet pilots using the williams bros. military bust, and then triming the visor to fit inside the opening on the helmet...then adding some micro balloons or putty and a heavy wire with string wraped around it for the oxygen mask. I have one that was recently 'ejected' that i'll take a picture of and post tonight for some ideas.
