I see where the "scored turnaround" section of RCA-14, which is based on the use of percentages, refers you back to the suggested downgrades listed under "Maneuvers Off-Center" for the guidelines. Now to get EVERY judge to consistently apply these rules as it relates to all "scored turnaround maneuvers. That's been the problem! Thanks everyone, Everette
