I like my fold down door because I seem to walk in and out a hundred times a day. Its nice not to have to step up and down every time. Its also nice when your caring something big and cant see your feet.

Also it nice for those times you need to load something heavy that rolls.

Lay out? Hang as many on the walls as you can to free up floor space. Work bench, peg board, cabinets from HomeDepot on front wall, generator on tongue, Portable Air Conditioner under the work bench, exhausted out the wall, lights, lots of lights.
