RE: The AMA EC needs to move on this.
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">Good Morning, Having been involved with RC for only a short time, I’m not an expert on the AMA or RC for that mater. I have been reading this forum for about a year and a half and have grown some what sour with the AMA. I joined the AMA as I was told that that is what you have to do to be involved with a club. I live a very short distance from the club here in my home town. I went to a few functions and had no problems. Everyone was very nice and I was welcomed. I’m old fashion and believe that any organization should work towards there mission. With all the resources that the AMA seems to have and with the ability that they have to influence government on a national level, it seems to me that they are not using their strength to complete or fulfill their objectives. They are working very hard to save the organization it’s self but not to further there future. I have seen this battle rage here on RCU and I’ve seen members and nonmember alike get bashed for not falling “ in step”.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span><stockticker>IMO</stockticker> an opposing voice is nothing more that an opportunity to learn. To see the picture in a different light. This very country of ours was built by people with differing opinions working towards the same goal. If the AMA can’t handle some one having a different opinion, then I dare say there are doomed. Then to go so far as to abolish them or silence them on the AMA forum? If this is what the AMA is about then I will no longer be a member. I will continue to fly and to build as it is something I love too do but I will not be apart of the AMA. </font></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">
