flexing of wing aileron does not seem to be working so i have glued a wood piece at center of fuselage and elevator with a hole in it and have passed push rod through that hole...... it seem to be working.

engine mount i will try as you have advised and will update you with the progress.

for engine size please advise if .65 will keep it under powered?

for prop size i am planning to stick to 12x6 as mentioned in the manual.
