I don't follow what you did with the ailerons, and don't understand why they are so stiff. I've had all of the plastic planes and NEVER had the problem you are having. Maybe you should go back and look again at what YOU are doing.
Engine wise, you should have plenty of power, even on floats if you go there. The reason I mentioned a 13'' prop is because we always used 12 x 6 props for the 60 engines back a few years ago. Now the 65 is a bit better then the old 60's and should be able to use a 13''. You will just have to try and see what works best. ENJOY !!! RED
i think i am unable to describe correctly what i am doing with elevator ( sorry i mentioned ailerons in my previous message )
will try and post pics of what i am doing with elevator.
for engine noted your comments and will try 13x6 prop after a few flight on 12x6.
