Nice looking mods to clean up the Alpha.

Your langing gear sure are bolted on secure... One thing I have done, and han help new pilots with keeping some hard landing damage to a minimum is use nylon bolts on the landing gear.

With 4 bolts, you will have plenting of holding power, but they can still shear off in a really rough landing. What you have will keep the gear on, but take the mounting plate and some of the airplane sides off in case of an incident. Just an option. Use the same size nylon bolts/screws to fit the holes and blind nuts you just installed.

It has worked for me more than once before
