At that temperature, the engine should be trying to do cool down cycles with power turned on andthe ECUshouldn't let you start it.

If it isn't doing the cool downspin upsand/or if it lets you start it, something else is wrong.

If you don't seem to have those or any other problems a recal on the temperature probe is probably the right thing to do.
