My JetCat P-60 started to blink yellow & green, but all batteries checked out. I then noticed that the power to the ECU was activated whenever the ECU system battery was connected. Even if the Rx switch was off, the ECU would still light up, and would blink yellow & green or just green. I can't get it to shut off unless I disconnect the turbine battery. Now what?

Yellow and Green blinking means the ECU doesn't like your battery voltage. You checked them, but didn't say what you're using. Might want to check the Rx batteries too. What does the GSU indicate the voltage is?? Try holding down the Ign button to spin up the engine and watch what the voltage does.
Green blinking says it's in cool down which means the engine temp is above around 100 deg C. So, does the GSU confirm that. The engine should be trying to spin up to cool off. If it isn't, that may be what the Yellow/Green blink is indicating: there isn't enough power to engage the starter motor.
Check your Temp Probe and I'd guess you still have a power problem or connection problem somewhere.

Thanks for the reply. I can't read or use the GSU because it also is blinking off and on with the yellow & green lights. The strange thing is that the ECU seems to be getting power before the Rx switch is turned on. I peaked out both batteries with no change.

I'd suggest you disconnect the data cable and power lead from the engine and connect the GSU directly into the ECU without using the I/O board if you were using one. Use a different data cable if possible. See if the ECU works correctly this way. You'll get an error where the Temp data is displayed but that's ok. If it works, I'd reconnect the engine using a different data cable. Data cables can often be the problem. If it doesn't work without the engine, your ECU probably has a problem.

Ok, Once I pushed the ignition button everything went back to normal except I now have the blinking green. At least it's off until I turn on the aircraft. It can't be too hot, it hasn't run for several days. You may be right about the data cable.

At that temperature, the engine should be trying to do cool down cycles with power turned on andthe ECUshouldn't let you start it.
If it isn't doing the cool downspin upsand/or if it lets you start it, something else is wrong.
If you don't seem to have those or any other problems a recal on the temperature probe is probably the right thing to do.

I installed both phone cables new from JetCat with no change.
The Computer thinks the turbine is still at 123 degrees I think. The green blinks and the temp on the GSU blinks from (-E-) to 123. When I try to calibrate it says Error: Tempsens. Cable, amplifier.
Now What?
