Lets imagine a Walbro is way too big for my needs, what if I use a very thin fuel tubing from the tank? what if I smash a piece of brass tubbing and put it inside the fuel line?

With a fuel pump neither of those methods will get what you would want, if it's just slightly more fuel flow than needed you should be able to bend the regulator lever down a little. I have a few walbro's with 6-7mm venturi's but most of them only have one needle
