I have the single rudder version of the hotspot (flash), from the nuetral postion (5/16 up is now neutral).
These are the starting points from the manual:

elevator is 1 1/2'' inch +/-
ailerons is 1'' inch +/1
rudder is 1''+ inch (or what ever you want) +/-


I fly with 1 1/4'' of elevator, 3/4'' ailerons
