i had that problem with a Toiletson carb.... i snugly wedged little a piece of hardwood between the two needles and used 2 zip ties... problem solved, LoL and i blamed 3W...its my favorite engine, now equipped with a Walbro [8D]
Mine's a tillotsen on a ZDZ 80 RVJ
