Very much so and a weak point to top it off the dowel was glued into that thin front to only half its diameter
they were known to fail wing comes off now a powered lawn dart
I built up on ether side then put a piece of thin ply over the whole thing, if you look thru the windscreen that black
rod (there are two , one on each side 1/16 carbon fibre rod going thru the top at an angle and glues into blocks
inside each side of the fus thus A framed to the fus no flex now martin
cannot believe they made it that way martin
Note due to design if they had used a dowel all the way thru on front no solid bulkhead to support it very thin construction it would fail not enough meat there
their method (stock) was no better, there are 1/8 short sticks glued to the bottom of the wing ( bottom) where it lines up to prevent any shifting inside top of the fus
