Invariably at competitions such as these, most of the attention is given to the pilots and the planes and, after being here a week, I can certainly say that I've seen some incredible planes and some extremely skilled pilots. However, it is often said that behind every great man is an even greater woman (often telling him what he is doing wrong). As such, I'd like to take the time to recognize the women in our hobby for their contributions which make gatherings like this possible.
