Default RE: Exporting autopilot items

Larry, <div>
</div><div>I'm sorry if this thread sounded suspicious I just don't know much about US laws and thought that it was just another stupid rule since there are more companies that doesn't require export permits than the ones who actually does require ones, I just thought it shouldn't apply to educational purposes. </div><div>
</div><div>Speedracer,</div><div>
</div><div>This is my University senior project and I study overseas, I do not live in the united states and some of the vendors that I want to purchase my items from do not ship outside the US or Canada without export permits that's why the question was raised.</div><div>
</div><div>I believe that RPVs and UAVs are an exponentially growing hobby and industry and we can't really put a stop to these forums it will always keep on multiplying. I read the the FAA are trying to regulate the activities of drones which is good but there's still a lot of work to be done, I don't mind if you guys wanna forward this to the moderator just do whatever you think is right. </div><div>
</div><div>please define "OP" ? </div><div>
</div><div>Thanks.</div>
