Default RE: using a lipo in the DX7

You have an iMax B6 based charger that requires BOTH a balance connector and a main lead connector. ( BTW You can use an Equinox with that charger too ).

You should get the Hydra wire you indicated and plug the pack into the Futaba connector of the Hydra.

With the banana jacks plugged into the charger, plug the balance lead of the pack into the JST/XT balance board that came with your charger and charge in "balance" mode.

Many chargers permit you to charge via the balance board/lead alone, for lower battery voltages.

For higher voltages both sets of connectors are required, and the iMax B6 is a bit unusual in that it requires it always.

BTW: Does your charger have the USB port? I'm curious.
