The crankshaft is Steel alloy grade 8620 (also called nickel-chromium-molybdenum steel)
The hardening and finishing techniques used on the bearing cavities areas are
Hardening: Induction hardening, Finishing: Hard turning, Dynamic balancing
Finishing (polishing and lapping) </span></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt"><span style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 10pt">
The bearing fit used is called a tight fit (or shrink fit). It provides uniform load support over the entire ring circumference without any loss in load carrying capacity.
The cylinders are Honed

As for the major components (Cranks, Pistons, Rods, Cylinders) being any different than those readily available from the two major component suppliers in or near Zhejiang. ihave know idea</span></div>
