Almost ANY lipo charger will work. Most of them do 1-6 cells and even the cheap 50 watt ones will do the job. I couldn't see the connector so I can't advise about specific connector. There's a number of "standard" connectors.

If you want to do the pack in a hurry and the pack is safe to do so then charge rates are up to 4-10C now. An example may be 16 volts x 10 amps requiring around 160 watts. Depending upon how fast you charge and how many packs at a time you may want to select a charger with considerably more than 50 watts. 80-400 watt chargers are very reasonable now.
