as i thought.Nymph bedbugs. They can live in any warm climate for a long time without food, so i suppose that the box bugs are these. Get some of this powderd small insect killer-http://www.dirtworks.net/Diatomaceous-Earth.and put some in the box as well as sticky bug catcher pads. You can find all of this stuff at Lowe's or Home DePot. put these down and come back the next 36 hours and see if you caught anything.
