Customer Service?
Just a little venting here. I usually keep quiet when service is lacking and give the benefit of the doubt but this company that I've tried to just get an answer or two out of has completely ignored phonecalls and emails for probably close to three months. You probably think I'm talking about some company in Asia or Europe but no. This company is located right here in the U.S. They are probably known by every modeler who has ever needed a strut or retract. Their products are good quality and I've used many of them. They do however have customer service that as far as I can tell is non-existent. When you call them you get a recording telling you to leave a message with your question and phone number and someone will get back to you within 5 DAYS!! that in itself is pretty sad but then they don't call you back anyway. They don't respond to emails. So much for buying "Made in America". Doh! Bart is all I can say.
