I agree with Vincent... no prblem in doing it that way. Same setup here, just through an Orbit Powerjack before the receiver.

Use the exact same set-up on 2 jets. Works perfectly. Even if one cell in one pack were to instantly fail, the drain rate from the other pack would take a while to bring the other pack down.
