HI,
You know, batteries are a personal preference. What ever you are comfortable with. Since you have a 12z and you are not going to have 12 servos in the plane (but more than the 7 you said, have to with a biplane) then you can also consider the PowerSystem Comp 12 Plus or PowerExpander Comp 12 Plus.
