Boy I would think that 75 would be awesome on this plane. Please give us an update on how she flies.

I'm running an Evolution .60nx with an APC 12x6 prop, 3 standard bb servos, 1 mini servo, 1 high torque digital servo and am weighing in at 5lb and 15oz. Radio is setup in dual rates. One is between the manual recommended low and high rates, and the other is set for 3D. Knife edges are great with this plane. The elevator deflection is not so good for a slow flat spin but good in other aerobatic movements. I've got about 20 flights on her and getting more comfortable with the stall speed. She does nice rolling circles. The .60nx does really well with this plane. It willhover and then pull out of a hover pretty nicely. Doesn't pull out really fastthough. Had this engine ona Twist 40 and it was ascreamer with crazy vertical but that plane weighed8oz lighter and had a 13x4 prop on it to keep it slower.
