I went super basic for front suspension.  You can see it pivots on the rods back by the firewall.  Up front I drilled through the 1/4" brass square tube axle into the bottom of the frame and used a couple of cap screws to capture cut pen springs between the axle and frame.  Not too fancy but it works for my purposes.
