RE: UTTER KAOS-GOOD FOR ANYTHING?????
I still haven't figured out if the beast below is a Total or Utter Kaos (the box cover said Utter, and the plans said Total) but as has been said, it flies very smoothly, and will do all the basic roll/loop/pattern manouvers, either upright or inverted. It will even knife-edge OK. I modified the tail feathers to use truss construction instead of the solid balsa in the kit, as well as cutting the "windows" in the fuselage. I really thought it was going to come out tail heavy with the big long fuse, but it balanced pretty well on the recommended CG. For whatever reason, I got a wild hare idea and used electrons to power it instead of a glow engine. (400Kv motor, 60 amp ESC, and 2x4000mah 11.1 V 50C batteries in series) If I had it to do over, I'd opt for a 60 2Stroke.
