Default RE: best battery for motor?

The Rx540 could be used with a LiPo 2S pack. You would still need an ESC for it too. It is a brushed motor... Ugh....

The Leisure 05 was designed to be used with a long prop drive on gliders. It is a BRUSHED motor ugh.

And the Le mans 240E Kyosho is also a brushed motor... bummer.

Given you would have to buy new ESC's and batteries, plus you would need prop adapters and mounts, your best bet is to pitch the motors and get new electric motors.

You could go to say, HobbyKing and buy the entire setup for less than what you would pay trying to get one of these motors working.

Brushed motors are practically hard to find in RC planes now-a-days, as only the cheapest "toy" planes still have them installed and even there they are rare.
