My Avistar is one of my favorite planes and I'm sure it'll be on your list also.

I have modded mine quite a bit.
It has a bolt on wing, zero dihedral, dual aileron servos, flaps, tail dragger land gear and LED lights in the wings.

I do like to have D/R on my ship.
I have the low set up kinda like a pylon race setting. They are just enough to tip the plane on edge at full stick throw and enough elevator to make it turn tight at full stick throw. One simple full stick command.
The high rates are set at the Max the servos will allow with about 30% Expo (DX6i). Makes for good surface movement but still kinda lazy in the center.
