He forgets people pretty quick

I dealt with them a while back when they were under a different name.

I have yet to hear of anyone who has actually been satisfied by them in supplying the spares. Those that have continued with their purchase have done so by buying DLE spares and installing them themselves. Why anyone would buy a brand that uses "our competitors product is a source of spare parts" as a selling point is beyond me, especialy after so many cases of the "new" product have had early failures and have needed to be fixed by using those competitors spare parts.

Just another excuse for people to export money to the overseas competitors with little to nothing in return. We are all guilty of paying them to take over the world.
