I have a couple of questions.

Is the Credit you are focusing on the credit in peoples bank accounts? In the hope they will send some of it to you?

Are the promises you are focusing on empty promises?

What are you (not your dealers but you - the Factory) doing about the significant number of EME Engines that have had early failures? are you refunding the parts, the labor and the shipping costs or even sending a complete new enigne to the buyer (at no charge to the buyer) so they can keep flying and not have to pay even more and make the EME engine expensive?

I find it interesting that supposedly legitimate businesses use free email services. IMHO, if you are too cheap to purchase your own domain name then I will not do business with you.

It is very common now. Even DLE uses Yahoo mail.

He forgets people pretty quick

I dealt with them a while back when they were under a different name.

I have yet to hear of anyone who has actually been satisfied by them in supplying the spares. Those that have continued with their purchase have done so by buying DLE spares and installing them themselves. Why anyone would buy a brand that uses "our competitors product is a source of spare parts" as a selling point is beyond me, especialy after so many cases of the "new" product have had early failures and have needed to be fixed by using those competitors spare parts.

Just another excuse for people to export money to the overseas competitors with little to nothing in return. We are all guilty of paying them to take over the world.

You are correct, however DLE has a domain name registered and has a website. They have also established a good relationship with their customer base. Others, not so much.

I am guessing that in China it is not so easy to host your own email servers as it is here in the USA & other western countries. Something about state control and censorship....

I got burnt a number of years ago when the early Chinese gasoline engines were being pushed onto these shores. All was fine and dandy until you had a support issue. I tested the waters with DLE 3 years ago and since then have acquired and am using more than 10 DLE engines.

I saw the early EME ads and am not surprised that there are already unhappy customers. Rejects that are re-branded and sold to suckers, IMHO.

I bought one of the DM engines from HK and it was used has 2 cylinder bolts sreipped a gas in the cylinder and you can see where they ground the DLE off and ingraved the DM and ground on the piston and rod to remove the markings. I am still fighting with MC and they reversed charges and changed there mind and re charged me and them refunded and now have changed there minds again, seems MC is afraid to stand up againts the chinese.

You can be sure I here ya. What I buy these days are along the lines of DA, 3W etc. It boils down to you get what you pay for. I am always on the look for something more affordable for other people I know that are not as fortunate. So far about the only engine out of the far east I have seen worth recommending is the DLE. One that has come close was DLA but they have fallen short in my opinion as well. Maybe in another year if they get their QC up a bit more and straighten out the way they drill and tap holes they may be a good engine for the price.

If you can't even take the time to translate your posts so we can understand you why would I buy an engine from you?
Very unprofessional.
If I were selling a product to a foreign company I would make sure I had the language and dialect covered so there would be no misunderstanding.
It makes sense though since you are selling DLE's scrap.

What they are showing is the following

1 - a blatant disregard for their targetted senders of money (a Real businessperson would call them customers but all they are interested in is your money folks - nothing else.)

2 - a typical attitude form that part of the world. We call it being a "sm@rt@rse". As soon as a difficult question gets asked and they get shown up as fakes, they go pretty stupid. Anyone remeber the famous "Rita" photos with "the finger" ?? (that person is very closely aligned with this company - beware)

3 - a good example of what to expect from them in communications when things get difficult for them.

Why anybody would want to do business with such a company is way beyond my comprehension but sure enough, people out there will buy and possibly even try to sell the EME product. Meanwhile the "factory" will have got their money.

Anyone want to buy a guaranteed broken crankshaft and troublesome product that will possibly injure another person, quite likely cause the loss of airframes and certainly cause a lot of lost flying time? - If anyone would like that - please buy EME, you deserve such success.


DLE = only proven product worth having from China. Why? - because they understand their target customers wants. Any other from there? Good luck
