Some wing bolts have dome shaped slotted heads for use with a standard screwdriver, while others have nut shaped heads for use with a socket tool, or have a centre hex shaped slot for use with an Allen key.

Then there's this type, which is what I have. The bolt from the top looks roughly like this:
The centre, light gray part is raised approximately 3/8" from the circular plate below.
