Thanks guys for the replies. I ended up fitting the engine vertical and letting the muffler hang out of the cowl (couldn't find a 90 deg bend). I think it looks pretty good and it didn't take a lot of cowl cutting like this. Danflyrc, how much cooling did you give your OS? I just opened up the scale oil cooler location on the cowl. Will this be enough or do I need more?
