BVM jets are among the highest quality...no doubt. Of course, all of this is a matter of opinion, and my opinion is that they are excellent....but NOT unmatched. I've always felt that the tip-top quality make on the market is JMP, and it always has been. They don't have very many side-by-side products to compare, but I've owned both the BVM and JMP T-33 kits, and the BVM (as good as it was) was inferior to the JMP in every quantifiable way. I've only owned one BVM sport-jet (Maverick), but my hands-on exposure to the JMP sport-jet kits leads me to the same opinion on those.
