thanks, yes it does. Actually their model is around 11 lbs as well but with the 2 lbs of nose weight. All the equipment sounds to be installed as it ought to. They placed the fuel tank over the CG which allows them to place the battery even further forward behind the firewall. Anyhow, it's their model so I'll leave it at that - just thought you might have some ideas. I think they are using a large battery back as well.
