So ive been doing some reading on how to make a power supply for a charger using a PC PS. I came across something that mentioned using a regulated switching power supply as shown in the link below would only require wiring to the charger and thats it. Did I read this wrong; is this the case? If so, How exactly would I wire the regulated switching power supply in order to power my charger? Any help would be appreciated as Im just trying to understand all of this. Thanks

Using regulated switching power suplly for batery charge required know the voltage your baterei/ each cell anda how many voltage that need to charge the batery. error choosing your voltage batery shorting durabily of your batery
