This is number 10 rib have been working on. I will run the fiberglass tubes alll the way to the end of the wing and only glue the first four ribs. the tubes wll be cut and removed fromt he last six ribs after the wing has been built. This will work as part of the jig. Im thinking of using a balsa spar and milling a slot in it and gluing a .25 carbon fiber tube in it. I was thinking of making ribs 1 through 4 with 1/8 lite ply and cutting some lightning holes in them. Just wanted some suggestions before I rework all 10 ribs.</p>
