Zach - you just don't get it. The OP posted he considered a DX8 but didn't like the way it felt in the hands. This is a $400+ radio. If he's in the market for a DX8 class of radio, then he can certainly consider the suggestion of an 8FG. Do you even read the threads before posting?

PS....and the OP never stated he was looking for a "budget" radio. You just imagined that statement up. If he's thinking JR 95xx then he's not looking for a budget radio.
