The simple and practical solution is to use one retract servo for the main gear in the wing and then another retract servo for the mechanical retract in the nose.

In this way you only have one servo lead to plug in when installing the wing.

This is a common solution to that dilema and even if the wing was not removable I would not look forward to rigging three mechanical retract to a single servo..
