In that case if you are confident that the small electric retracts and retract servos are sufficient for the flight and landing loads of your ninety sized airplane then yes using three servos is a practical solution and the the technique is soldering up a simple custom three way "Y" chord. They are easy I have done many for multiengine airplane throttles for a variety in numbers of engines.
