The binding info was in the manual, and it does bind ONLY the original RX that the TX came with.  You can tell this by putting the RX in bind mode then turning on the TX(not in bind mode) and nothing happens, but once you get the TX into bind mode the reciever light goes solid.
If you try this with the same exact TX but ordered seperately it will not bind.
