Default RE: Perry pump and carb

Up date. Well I kept the non-pump carb and used a Iron Bay fuel regulator with it and it worked really well. The little Super Tiger GS45 handles like a gas engine now.

One quality related problem I did encounter with the carburetor. The throttle arm broke wile I was adjusting it's position. I was tightening the screw when it popped. I was using a jewelers screw driver with index finger and thumb and never felt any back pressure as if I was crushing the arm.

The arm is similar to the arm found on OS FP engines. It's a hard brittle plastic that looks to me like it wouldn't have stood up to much use.
