MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY!!,

i bought the triple ring from Todd back in April and had it working on my small f16 for a month and was working perfect.
I took it off to prepare it for installation on the big f16 and today i was checking everything that is ok for tomorrows santas show at the field.
i use 7.4v lipo 2200mah and switched it on.All 5 lamps on the controller blink and then stay on so do all 3 ring lights and stay lit.
i tried to see what is wrong with it and try to reprogram it as per Todds instructions here.
i dont remember where i put the ones that came with it.
same problem again and am puzzled. has the controller gone kaput? anybody else had same problem.?
