HI ED,
I only have ailerons on the bottom wing, yes i have plenty of throw may be even 3/4 no problems at all. I dont use mixing or any of them things.I have plenty of rudder throw but found i do not need much elevator.(less than 3/8uup or down)The plane turns on a dime.
