Many lipos come from the same factory, there aren't that many, so the variety comes from rebadging. The price difference from profit margins and overheads. I think buying several cheap ones so that you can balance charge them everytime and charge them slowly will payback the origonal outlay. In some instances you can even be cheaper buying a couple cheap ones compared to an expensive.
