No biggie, its in suction, and a few air bubbles will be dissipated in the main tank. Fuel leak on filling may be a concern. Use the stiff Tigon type fuel line with Festo, and give a little tug to set the seal and it should be good. Worried still? Then cut 1/4 inch off the end before pushing it into Festo when you see some narrowing develop.
