I would stay away from any kind of super glues, they will melt the foam. Some five minute epoxy would work well, or low temp glue gun. Foam safe CA will work as well. I have had the best luck on foam with the five minute epoxy. Looking at the damage you might want to consider drilling a couple of small holes in the plastic and inserting some sections of tooth picks in when you glue it back on. Should give a little more of an anchor point.
