Default RE: align starter

I'd like to know too.

I am considering an OS GT 33cc which i have been reading about how it's very difficult to hand start.

I already have an Align starter and if it can start the OS 33 i'd buy the engine. At the moment i'm holding off because i don't want to have to spend extra $$ buying a larger starter.

Mine will start a 3W 55, it struggles with a BME 58 unless the prop is all the way back and can get a ''run up'' before the compression hits.

Those are 2 of the higher compression ''50's'' on the market
I haven't specifically tried the OS 33GT. But the fact it turns the above mentioned engines over gives me the confidence to say it most likely would start the 33GT. It spins engines like the 3W 28 and the MVVS 40 over without hesitation.

I was very skeptical about the Align starter when I first saw it but I have been very impressed with it.

If you send me a 33GT, I will try it for you if you like
Heck I would even break it in and tune it for you if you like - Break in done in the air of course
