All of these suggestions are great, but if I were to do this I would use masking tape. Practise on a comparable size 'till you feel you got it down.

One tip though, once you've laid the tape down, spray it with a clear coat first to "seal" the tape so there's no bleed through of the white paint. You'll be glad you added this little insurance to the task.
